TASTING NOTES: Our Cabernet Sauvignon has an unmistakable texture and black currant nose. Firm tannins envelop the wine, locking in its vibrant dark cherry color. Earthy and floral tones give our Cab Sav complexity as it pushes forward dynamic fruit tones.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Favorite food pairings include roast lamb, duck, pheasant and beef stew. Dark Chocolate, too!

CHEESE PAIRINGS: Sharp Cheddar, Gouda, Asiago, Roquefort, Manchego, Brie, Blue, Camembert
