TASTING NOTES: Our Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied, smooth, plum-colored red wine offering a peppery perfume that combines with tones of fresh raspberry, violets and tobacco.

750ml, 13.5% Alcohol by Volume.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Chicken,Duck, Ham, Pork, Veal, Venison,tomato-based pizza or pasta dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.

CHEESE PAIRINGS: Sharp Cheddar, Brie, Blue, Gorgonzola,Fontina, Goat Cheese, and Swiss.
