Product Description

TASTING NOTES: Our Pinot Grigio is a semi-dry, crisp white wine offering aromas of baked apple & lemon; a floral, smoky, honey-tingedflavor and minor citrus kick.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Pair it with seafood, pork, chicken, cheese and crackers. Avoid citrus and tomato-based recipes.

CHEESE PAIRINGS: Gruyere, Humboldt Fog, Stracchinos

Awards: GOLD Medal, 2011 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition; BRONZE ("Recommended") at the 2009 World Value Wine Challenge. Described as having a "bright golden color with aromas of baked apple and lemon. A soft entry leads to a dryish light-to-medium body with a touch of balsa and cider on a breezy finish" by the judges.
