Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

Directions

  • Mix together all of the above ingredients and form into meatballs.
  • Place meatballs evenly on cookie sheets. Bake at 350F until meatballs brown (check a meatball to see if its cooked to your liking)
  • Prepare sauce by combining the remaining garlic onion jam, 2 tbsp of the champagne mustard and 1/2 cup of red wine (or more, to your taste)
  • Serve immediately with sauce, or if you're having a party, transfer to a crockpot and pour in sauce.

    • WINE PAIRING SUGGESTION: Adirondack Winery Red Coat or Fireworks Merlot; Rocky Shiraz; Blushing Trees White Zinfandel
