Shrimp in White Wine and Garlic Butter

• 1 jar of Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Bread Spread
• 1 lb of shrimp or prawns
• 1/2 cup of Adk Winery Semillon
• 1 tablespoon freshly minced parsley
• Salt and Pepper

Directions:

• Prepare shrimp by removing the shells and tails and de-veining them. Rinse and set aside.
• In a large skillet melt garlic spread on medium heat and saute until lightly browned. Add shrimp and saute for 1-2 minutes per side, depending on size of shrimp.
• Add white wine and simmer for one more minute. Stir in parsley and some salt and pepper.
• Remove from heat and serve with crusty french bread.
