TASTING NOTES: This medium-to-full bodied dry red wine exhibits tones of plum, berries and herbs on the palate, with slight earthy notes of leather and Spanish olives. Nicely balanced with tannins, oak and just the right amount of acidity, this Tempranillo is very food-friendly.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Pair it with spicy dishes, gamey meats, hamburgers, steak, creamy pasta or risotto dishes, & more!

CHEESE PAIRINGS: goat, gorgonzola, mild cheddar, swiss, brie, and asiago.
